FREE Shipping Policy (continental United States only)
Hangers Direct will pay your shipping on all orders over $300.00 shipped within the continental United States only. Items must be purchased at published price to be eligible for free shipping. Custom and Imprinted Hangers, as well as certain Closeout items do not qualify for free shipping. No coupons or promotions accepted. Regular/Actual shipping charges will apply. Free shipping will be sent via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or similar ground carrier.

SHIPPING RATES & CHARGES OUTSIDE OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES and APO locations
Please contact us to request a freight quote for orders shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states and APO locations. Items shipped outside of contiguous 48 United States including Hawaii. Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates are delivered via small package carriers.
Order Processing
All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday only and usually ship within 48 hours from the time of receipt provided the item(s) are in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified via email or phone. Please note: UPS and Fedex do not deliver to APO's, FPO's and PO Boxes. We do deliver to APOs and FPOs but at this time we do not offer PO Box Delivery.
Expedited Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Gound or similar ground carrier. If you are interested in an expedited service such as Overnight or UPS Next Day Air, please feel free to contact one of Customer Care Associates at (800) 921-1181 or email us at customercare@HangersDirect.com. Please note a rush charge may apply.
Change of Delivery Addresses.
If you need to change the delivery address on a completed order that has not shipped yet, please call us immediately at (800) 921-1181. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
Sales Tax
