Hangers are heavy, however due to our volume we are able to offer reduced shipping rates to our customers. We recognize the impact shipping has on both your shopping experience and decision; it is for this reason that we have opted to pass our savings on to you. We welcome you to compare our rates to standard UPS rates.
Hangers Direct will pay your shipping on all orders over $250.00 shipped within the contiguous 48 United States only. Items must be purchased online at published price to be eligible for free shipping. Custom and Imprinted Hangers, as well as certain Closeout items do not qualify for free shipping. No coupons or promotions accepted. Regular/Actual shipping charges will apply. Free shipping will be sent via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or similar ground carrier.
Please contact us to obtain a freight quote for orders shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states and APO locations. Items shipped outside of contiguous 48 United States including Hawaii. Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Protectorates are delivered via small package carriers.
All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday only and usually ship within 48 hours from the time of receipt provided the item(s) are in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be notified via email or phone. Please note: Our carriers do not currently deliver to APO's, FPO's and PO Boxes. For shipments to APO and FPO addresses please contact us at 1-800-921-1181 to make the necessary arrangements. Shipping rates may vary. We do not offer PO Box Delivery at all.
All orders are shipped via UPS or similar ground carrier. Expedited orders, such as Overnight service, will ship from our facilities within 2 business days from the time the order is received. Currently sales tax is charged on total merchandise orders delivered to California, Florida, Tennessee and Texas only. There is no sales tax on orders delivered to any other state at this time.
